Last week while I was in New York City to test out various scents for my perfume, I went on the Wendy Williams show. She is the best! She is so real!

There are some reports going around that Reggie wants me to lose weight... TOTALLY FALSE!

However, it is true that we have been working out together like crazy! And it is also true that I made a recent commitment to exercise more, which was a decision I reached all on my own.

The other day a bunch of us went to Manhattan Beach and ran up and down the sand dunes! Adrienne and I tagged along with Reggie and his football buddies and tried to keep up with their workout!

It was just normal exercise for Reggie, since he has to get ready for training camp. But for me it was the hardest workout of my life!

We had to sprint up the hill, then backwards and again sideways!

Do you guys think you could do that?

Since Reggie is gearing up for training camp and his job is to work out, we are trying to spend as much time together as possible! Yes, couples do work out together! It's a healthy lifestyle.

That day at the sand dunes was so intense!

For those of you who have decided to workout with me this summer, are you keeping up with it? If not, get back to it!!!

I just found out that Nick Jonas has been bragging about my crush on him!

Here is what he was quoted as telling Twist Magazine: "That was awesome! I had bragging rights for about a day and a half with my brothers. I was like, 'See this?' and Joe was like, 'Yes, you showed us five times!' And I was like, 'Well, just look at it again real quick!' It was pretty funny."

Well, I still think you're cute, Nick! But we will put you to the real test—Let's see what my fans think!...

You can see in a couple of these clips that I have worked to clear my good name. The Starbucks incident never happened! What is this, Watergate? It's more like "Coffee-gate." LOL!

I'm also so excited that my movie will be out soon... in August! I hope you all watch it when it comes out in theaters!!!

As I’ve said before, there are a lot of random rumors that fly around about me. Some of them are totally outlandish, others are actually sort of funny, and others are just plain perplexing.
 
There is a rumor going around right now that I was holding everyone up at an event because I demanded that my stylist find a certain pair of fake eyelashes. Like the lashes in question, this story is nothing but fake. You can read more here on my position on fake lashes! Ha!
 
I also posted a grouping of gossip magazine clippings recently wherein one magazine quoted someone as saying I was acting like a total diva and cut to the front of the line at a Starbucks. Again, totally and completely untrue!
 
At the end of the day, I just have to let these silly stories just roll off my back. But I do think it’s important to let you, my fans, know what’s what.

Just yesterday, Kourtney, Khloe and I did The View! I recently appeared on the infamously opinionated talk show with Bruce, you may recall. But this time it was especially fun to appear with my sisters!

Barbara Walters is the sweetest person ever! She was friends with my dad and I really think she is such a smart woman!

Elizabeth Hasselbeck is sweet as pie and tiny! She just had another baby, but you wouldn't know it by looking at her!

I met View host Sherri Shepherd for the first time. She is soooo cool and totally funny, too! That's no surprise since she got her start as a stand-up comedienne.

Love them all!

Jessica Simpson was on right before us; she was even on our flight last night! She is so gorgeous, its not even normal!!!!

I haven't commented on ridiculous rumors about my relationship because they simply don't affect my relationship. However, I see many of you keep asking and wondering, so I have decided to set the record straight.

It may be time to address rumors about Reggie...

There is a girl named Najmah Brown and speculation that she is Reggie's "side chick." This is totally false and Reggie does not know this person nor has he even met her. There were also rumors about some drama at a basketball game. Again, none of this is true. There were even pictures of a random girl that mediatakeout posted saying she was Reggie's "side chick," which, again, is not true. The girl felt so bad she was messaging me on MySpace about how furious she was that they stole her picture!

You may have already noticed that there are never pictures of any of these alleged experiences.

For once in my life, I am in a committed, trusting relationship. Before Reggie, I always tended to date the wrong guy who just wasn't ready. If I would hear negative things about them my gut feeling inside was telling me it was true, but I believed the guy anyway. I have made so many poor choices and never knew when to let go, always was the girl to stay and try to trust again. But the reality is, a girl has a gift -- her intuition. So use it ladies and don't be that dumb girl who gets taken advantage of!

I no longer have those problems and trust me, it feels sooo good! I think I finally got it right this time!

By the way, we just landed in Florence today. Reggie met me here. The city is so romantic! By the time we leave here, how much do you want to bet the engagement rumors will swirl!

Judging by what has been written about me recently, you can see that I have won some and I have lost some. C’est la vie! That's what I say to that stuff.

I know most celebrities say they don't read what the press says about them; but to be honest, I suspect in most cases, they don't want to admit that they actually care what is written about them.

I'll tell you straight up -- I do read it! Some of it is true, a lot of it is flattering, and a lot of it is totally off the mark.

OMG! When will people get off my a--, literally! Haha. I have said it a million times before and I'll say it again: My booty is as real as the designer items I'm auctioning off on eBay.
 
The reason I bring this up is because those jokesters at the Superficial claimed that I wear foam panties. NOT TRUE! (And I don't stuff 'em with Charmin either).

I think my photo shoots clearly prove I don't wear butt pads!

This Memorial Day weekend we kicked off the classic white party at a club called the Whitehouse in the Hamptons! Reggie, me, Rob and Adrienne all went and had sooo much fun!

Reggie played DJ, while Adrienne and i did the Macarena (so shamelessly old school, right?)!

Also an interviewer kept asking me if I was pregnant and when I was getting married, so I joked and said, "Do I look pregnant? Yes, I am two months pregnant and getting married in August!"

I then said how I am only telling him, "so, don't say anything!"  Ha ha... yeah right! It was obviously a joke. Like I would be wearing a skin tight Herve Leger dress in a night club while pregnant!

I said I was kidding but he printed it anyway! So nope I am not pregnant and I am not getting married. But it is true that we had the best time!!!
